Aiming at the current situation where graduates of the physics major from normal universities are not well-adapted to the basic physics teaching and education work when they first step onto the middle school podium, it is pointed out that the guidance of the “teacher education” concept and working methods for prospective graduates of the physics major in normal universities must begin during their university studies. Combining the experience of guiding education master's degree students and the teaching, education, and management experience in ordinary middle schools, this paper focuses on elaborating the practical methods of basic elements in the “teacher education” training plan, such as “how to stand firm in the classroom” and “how to do a good job in class management.” Meanwhile, it briefly introduces the two important measures in the process of professional quality improvement and development for “prospective graduates,” namely the guidance methods for “writing educational research papers” and “conducting research projects.”

The light intensity distribution formed by light waves through gratings is actually the result of single slit (groove) diffraction and multi-slot (groove) interference of grating. Observations have revealed that when a sufficient number of steps are exposed to incident noise of a certain intensity, a specific frequency band of musical sounds can be obtained in the reflected sound field. This paper, imitating a blazed grating, considers multiple steps as a plane reflective sound grating, i.e., a blazed sound grating, and provides the sound intensity distribution of the blazed sound grating, as well as the constraint relationship satisfied by the path difference of the reflected sound waves between adjacent grooves. At the same time, based on the measured data from field investigations and the corresponding frequency spectrum curves, the phenomenon of musical sounds formed in the reflected sound field of multiple steps is analyzed in conjunction with the principle of plane reflective sound gratings. Two phenomena, the “firecrackers under the monument echoing military bugles in the air” at the Mau Shan Anti-Japanese War Victory Memorial in Jiangsu, China, and the “calling cranes to return and resonate” at Heshan in Qingdao, Shandong, China, are used as examples to illustrate this.

Introduction to the setting of physics experiments in ordinary high schools and the comprehensive investigation of physics experimental teaching in 105 prefecture (state, city) or county (city, district) ordinary high schools. Analyze the reasons for the low opening rate of physics experiments in ordinary high schools, and provide practical and effective ways to improve the teaching of physics experiments in ordinary high schools.
