To address the environmental impact of solution-based perovskite solar cell fabrication, solvent-free approaches have gained prominence. This study innovatively introduces a methylamine-assisted precursor liquefaction technique for printable mesoscopic perovskite solar cells (p-MPSCs). This innovative method achieves superior crystal quality and enhanced charge carrier transport, significantly boosting device performance. Furthermore, comprehensive investigations are conducted to elucidate the crystallization mechanism of perovskite. Through meticulous process optimization, we achieve a remarkable power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 16.73%, surpassing the 15.48% PCE of the solution-based method. This approach offers a promising avenue for producing environmentally friendly and sustainable p-MPSCs, contributing to the development of more efficient de-solvation strategies.
