Tourism attraction is the basis of rural tourism. This paper takes Lianhuachi Village in Huairou District, Beijing as a case study to explore the relationship between tourism attractions and tourist loyalty. The results show that, (1) the most important tourist attractions of Lianhuachi Village are landscape scenery, quiet atmosphere, simple folk customs and special food. (2) The degree of tourist loyalty and place attachment in Lianhuachi Village is not high, and most of the tourists are price-sensitive. Affordable prices are the advantage of Lianhuachi Village. (3) Lianhuachi Village has no outstanding single tourism attraction, and tourists'satisfaction on comprehensive experience of tourism attraction significantly affects their loyalty. (4) Place attachment plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between tourism attractions and tourist loyalty. It is suggested that the development and construction of tourism attractions are valued in rural tourism. Rural areas should give full play to their own advantages, develop their strengths and avoid their weaknesses, enhance tourism attraction and market competitiveness, drive sustainable market development, and comprehensively promote rural revitalization.

The study of negative comments on the catering of rural tourists will help tour operators improve the quality of service and promote the benign development of rural tourism. This article takes tourists from rural tourist areas around Beijing as the research object, and studies the channels (traditional word-of-mouth channels, WeChat groups and Moments channels, comment platform channels) and motivations for their negative comments on tourism and catering. The results show that: (1) the main motivations for tourists to make negative comments on different channels are different. Tourists are more willing to meet their social needs through traditional word-of-mouth channels, and meet their needs to vent negative emotions, protect their rights and provide help through comment platform channels.(2) Age is the most important factor affecting tourists to make negative comments. With the increase of age, the negative emotions of tourists are vented. The motivation for defending rights and the motivation to provide help shows a weakening trend, while the motivation of social demand shows an increasing trend. With the improvement of education, the motivation to vent the negative emotions of tourists is weakened, and the motivation to protect rights and provide help is enhanced. It is recommended that tourism catering operators provide targeted services to different tourism catering sub-markets and understand the psychology of tourists through different negative comment channels, so as to improve the service quality of rural tourism catering and improve the satisfaction of tourists.
