Wien's Law reveals the distribution of blackbody radiation energy with wavelength (frequency), while Wien's Displacement Law describes the inverse relationship between the peak wavelength of blackbody radiation and its temperature. In university physics courses, especially when introducing quantum mechanics, these laws are often presented as background material leading to Planck's blackbody radiation law. However, they are usually introduced in a general manner, lacking specific explanations and derivations. In some research papers, various derivation methods have been proposed, which do not reflect the historical context and can sometimes appear overly complicated. In this paper, using the original literature and following Wien's research ideas, I describe the process of establishing Wien's law and Wien's displacement law, and provide an innovative and complementary analysis of Wien's derivation, clearly demonstrating the derivation of Wien's law and Wien's displacement law.
