In this paper, we studied a fractional Kirchhoff equation with mass supercritical general nonlinearities. Under some suitable conditions, we obtained the existence of ground state normalized solutions for this equation. Moreover, we presented the asymptotic behavior of normalized solutions to the above equation as $c\to 0^{+}$ and $c\to +\mathrm{\infty }$.
