Drawing on valid job posting data collected from Boss Zhipin, this study examines the workforce structure and labor demand of China's quantum information industry by analyzing the geographical distribution of positions, educational and professional experience requirements, salary levels, and required skills. The results indicate that the demand for talent in China's quantum information industry is characterized by strong regional concentration and a predominance of highly educated professionals. Furthermore, the workforce structure is expected to evolve from a research-oriented model toward one that places equal emphasis on scientific research and engineering practice. In addition to core quantum competencies and interdisciplinary technical skills, employers also place explicit value on innovation awareness and the ability to communicate and collaborate across disciplinary boundaries.

To further strengthen the college physics course construction itself, in this paper, six teaching methods, such as knowledge point expansion, demonstration physics exeriment, frontier physics introduction, small paper, inquiry experiment, and the second classroom, are proposed according to the construction requirements of the ideological and political education for science and engineering curriculum in the “Guidelines for the Course Construction of Ideological and Political Education in Colleges and Universities”. Taking into account the disciplinary characteristics of college physics itself, talk less about abstract ideas and more about concrete designs, combine and pay equal attention to explicitness and implicitness, and give consideration to regional characteristics, school characteristics and teacher characteristics, we have selected several important college physics knowlege points from mechanics, thermotics, optics, electromagnetics, as well as modern physics, and desgined six specific college physics teaching cases of Ideological and Political Education.
