Reinforcing the human biomechanical performance analysis capability helps to improve the technical means for students to deal with the technical problems of human-machine integration in the research process of exoskeleton robots. This paper proposes an experimental teaching program for human lower limb biomechanical performance analysis based on OpenSim simulation platform with the research background of assisted exoskeleton robot, and sorts out the experimental simulation process from human lower limb motion information acquisition to biomechanical performance analysis from the perspective of technology layer, input layer, model layer and output layer architecture. OpenSim software is used to build a parametric musculoskeletal model of the human lower limb, and the joint angles and joint moments during the lower limb motion are obtained through the inverse kinematics and inverse dynamics solvers to provide data support for the study of the booster mechanism of the booster exoskeleton.
