Based on damage mechanics theory, a rock statistical damage constitutive model is established based on Lade-Duncan criterion assuming that the rock damage variable follows either a power function distribution or normal distribution. The parameters m and F₀ of two version of the models were studied using variety of calculation methods. The two models are compared with experimental results to explore models’ applicability.
