Political Economy Quarterly (CN 10-1809/F, ISSN 2097-1516) was founded by the Institute of Economics, School of Social Sciences, Tsinghua University in 2018, and was approved by National Press and Publication Administration in November 2021 to obtain the domestic unified serial publication number (CN 10-1809/F). The journal is supervised by the Ministry of Education, hosted by Tsinghua University, and published by Tsinghua University Press. The inaugural issue, Volume 1, Issue 1, was published in December 2022.

Political Economy Quarterly encourages a multidisciplinary approach to theoretical research, emphasizing openness and diversity. Manuscripts should be original works or review articles written by the authors themselves in Chinese, English, Japanese, or German. Authors are kindly requested to avoid multiple submissions.
