The Development Logic of Unbalanced Duality of Digital-Economy Globalization

The unbalanced development of digital-economy globalization contains duality. Based on historical materialism,the duality is manifested as the dual disequilibrium of the natural and social attributes of digital economy. The key to the disequilibrium of natural attribute of digital economy is the disequilibrium of digital-technology-innovation in the field of production in various countries, and it determines the disequilibrium of digital trade and its development potential. The disequilibrium of social attribute of digital economy is essentially the disequilibrium of global economic system structure of digital capitalism, which is fundamentally determined by the disequilibrium of the disequilibrium of the time evolution of capital form and the spatial structure of capital distribution, and also follows the development logic of duality. One step forwards, it is inevitable result of the gradual transformation of capital accumulation from quantitative accumulation of outdiffusion to qualitative accumulation of inward agglomeration, which will further widen the polarization of digital capitalism.
