Abstract

With the rapid development of the automobile industry and the accelerated replacement of vehicles, the number of end-of-life vehicles has surged, making the recycling of metals an important issue in the fields of resources and the environment. This paper systematically reviews the current status and research progress of metal recycling technologies for end-of-life vehicles, with a particular focus on eddy current separation technology and intelligent sorting technology. This paper analyzes the principles, characteristics, and application effects of these technologies, while also exploring their adaptability to complex recycling scenarios. These insights are valuable for enhancing the recycling of metals from end-of-life vehicles, thereby contributing to the sustainable development of environmental protection and resource utilization.
