Abstract

The safety management of university laboratories cannot be separated from the supervision of government departments. The government should have a full understanding of the level of self-regulation ability of universities and the supervision of internal business departments of the government. The joint supervision of the government and universities is an important measure to improve the safety management ability of university laboratories. According to the theory of responsive regulation, build external and internal cooperative supervision, explore a new model of multi-agent joint supervision of university laboratories, and promote the concerted efforts of all regulatory bodies to improve laboratory safety management capacity.
