Decision Intelligence represents a nascent academic discipline that encompasses a broad spectrum of decision-making techniques, uniting diverse traditional and advanced fields to devise, model, align, execute, monitor, and optimize decision models and processes. With the rapid advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) over recent decades, the integration of machine learning approaches like deep learning and reinforcement learning, has yielded promising outcomes in intricate decision-making domains, including computer games. These techniques are poised to catalyze novel solutions across a wide array of applications, spanning recommendation systems, planning systems, and human-machine collaboration systems.
AI-assisted Decision Intelligence entails leveraging and integrating machine learning algorithms, such as deep learning, reinforcement learning, computational game theory, expert systems, knowledge graphs, and neural evolutionary algorithms, to name a few. Moreover, it necessitates the exploration of new paradigms and pipelines to overcome the limitations of current machine learning technologies, such as their computational burden and lack of interpretability. To propel the advancement of the decision intelligence academic discipline, we cordially invite high-quality submissions to be considered at CAAI Artificial Intelligence Research, encompassing one or more of the following topics:
