The authors should own all copyrights of the paper and agree to submit and publish it on the "Petroleum Science Bulletin". They voluntarily transfer the copyright of this paper to the editorial department of the "Petroleum Science Bulletin" for free worldwide, and clarify the following issues.

1. Once the above-mentioned paper is published in the Petroleum Science Bulletin, the author agrees to automatically transfer all the publishing rights of the paper to the editorial department, including the rights to print publishing, electronic publishing, multimedia publishing, online publishing, and other forms of publication.

2. All authors agree to transfer all copyright rights, including but not limited to reproduction rights, distribution rights, information network dissemination rights, broadcasting rights, performance rights, translation rights, compilation rights, adaptation rights, etc., of the entire paper to the editorial department free of charge worldwide.

3. The author of the paper guarantees that the authorship of the paper is undisputed. If there is a dispute over authorship, the responsibility shall be borne by the author of the paper.

4. The author solemnly promises that this paper is the original paper, and that all or part of the content in the paper has never been published in any other journal in any form. There is no issue of duplicate submission, no plagiarism or copying of others, and no content that violates laws and regulations or infringes on the rights and interests of others.

5. The author guarantees that the paper will not disclose state secrets. If there is a leakage issue, all responsibility shall be borne by the author. If the paper is funded by a confidential scientific research project, the author must submit the confidentiality approval opinion of their unit. Once the above issues are found in this article, the editorial department has the right to reject the manuscript in order to maintain scientific ethics and normal publishing order. They have the right to criticize the paper and related authors in the field of education and research, as well as in sister journals, and have the right to notify relevant units to impose serious administrative penalties on the main author.

6. This agreement requires the signature of all authors and shall come into effect from the date of signature. After signing the agreement, the electronic version of the agreement needs to be uploaded to the submission system. If the submitted paper is ultimately not accepted, this agreement will automatically become invalid.
