Journal of Combustion Science and Technology was founded in 1995 by Tianjin University, bimonthly academic journal, focusing on the field of combustion science. The journal mainly publishes the latest research results in the areas of basic research, applied research, measurement technology, and environmental protection in the field of combustion science. It reflects the level of combustion science in China and promotes academic exchanges both domestically and internationally. It is a CSCD source journal, a source journal of the "Chinese Core Journal List" compiled by Peking University, a Chinese science and technology core journal, and is included in databases such as Scopus and the American Chemical Abstracts (CA). In 2024, it was selected as one of the top 100 science and technology journals in the Chinese university science and technology journal construction demonstration case library.
