Abstract

At present, a single information management system can no longer meet the daily management needs of universities. Building a unviversity whole life cycle asset management system relying on smart campus and electronic signature has become an inevitable trend in the development of asset management. Following this trend, the paper firstly analyzed the current situation and needs of state-owned asset management in universities. Afterwards, this paper took the overall architecture of the smart campus as the support, innovatively introduced electronic signature technology, and designed the whole life cycle asset management system based on smart campus. Finally, this paper explained the application effect of this system by taking Southeast University for example. The construction of the whole life cycle asset management system based on smart campus can organically connect physical space and information space, promote the linkage and collaboration among relevant departments, strengthen the internal control construction of asset management, improve the efficiency and efficiency of asset management, optimize the allocation of asset management resources, and strengthen the governance of asset management data. Meanwhile, it can break the island effect of a single information system, and make the procurement process more sunny, the accounting process more concise, the reimbursement process more efficient, and the disposal process more standardized.
