Abstract

As a referee the author took part in the event of university physics course lecture competition in 2023 in East China region. The competition process consists of two parts, a 20 min lecture and a 8 min Q&A. In this article, the competitor performance in the competition, especially that in the Q&A part is commented, encouraging young teachers to pursue excellence in physics teaching and become a good teacher who understands the concepts and laws of physics deeply and thoroughly.
