As a supplementary pension insurance, occupational pension is an important component of the multi-level social security system, and plays an important role in coping with the aging of our population and alleviating the pressure of social pension. At present, there are problems in the operation of occupational pension, such as information asymmetry, high management costs, and long business cycles, which seriously restrict the development of the industry. As one of the new generation popular information technologies, blockchain has the characteristics of data traceability, immutability, and trustworthy mechanism, making it one of the solutions to the pain points of occupational pension operation. In this paper, the author designs an occupational annuity business platform based on blockchain, which can effectively solve the problems of cumbersome interaction, inconsistent data and difficult supervision in the current operation process of occupational annuity. The platform integrates actual business scenarios with blockchain, and combines the characteristics of smart contracts and InterPlanetary File System (IPFS) technology to propose the concept of smart contract data standardization and a mixed on-chain and off-chain storage model. The aim is to build an operational support platform that is convenient for institutional interaction, secure for business data, and efficient for supervision and auditing, and to propose valuable technical solutions for existing occupational pension operations. The valuable technical scheme is proposed for the current operation of occupational annuity. Due to the late start and short operation time of occupational annuity, there are few relevant researches in the field of occupational annuity at present. It is even more rare to propose practical solutions to the problems existing in the current operation. Therefore, the platform proposed by the author has higher innovation and greater value.
