Abstract

In order to clearly understand the mechanical properties and failure energy evolution law of rock masses with different filling joints, uniaxial compression tests of limestone specimens with complete and filling joints were carried out, the influence law of filling joints with different dip angles or included angles on rock strength and the distribution of microscopic contact force were analyzed, and the energy evolution law of each filling joint specimen in the compression process was summarized. The results show that the strength and cracking stress of jointed rock samples change in a "V" shape with the increase of the inclination angle of a single joint or the included angle of cross joints, and the strength of some cross jointed rock samples is slightly higher than that of single jointed rock samples; The stress weakening area of the cross joint specimen is significantly larger than that of the single filled joint specimen, the stress concentration of the cross joint specimen is mainly at both ends of the horizontal joint. The energy evolution of specimens with filled joints under uniaxial compression can be divided into four stages. The peak input total energy and elastic energy of each specimen change in a "V" shape with the increase of joint inclination or included angle. The research results can provide reference for the stability prediction and disaster prevention and control of deep buried joint surrounding rock.
