Abstract

"720" catastrophic flood in Zhengzhou caused serious consequences for underground space. With the development and evolution of various disasters and the improvement of the level and scale of the development and utilization of underground space, disaster prevention will become more and more important. It is of great significance to learn from the lessons of the Catastrophic Rainstorm Disaster in Zhengzhou, summarize and analyze the underground engineering disasters, and deeply explore the disaster prevention issues of the scientific development of urban underground space, so as to effectively keep the safety bottom line of underground space. This paper focuses on the in-depth discussion of major disaster prevention in urban underground space from the aspects of overall planning and prevention of disaster prevention, giving consideration to national defense security, appropriately advanced disaster prevention standards, combining underground space restoration and reconstruction with ground engineering planning and design, and strengthening the informatization and intelligent construction of major disaster early warning and prevention. It is suggested that pilot projects should first explore the system and mechanism, planning and plan of major disaster prevention in urban underground space Technical standards, new concepts, new technologies, new processes, etc., and in-depth research on disaster causing mechanism, underground perception and detection, disaster scenarios, and resilient underground space.
