Abstract

At present, the cement slurry of the water-proof curtain of the high-pressure jet grouting pile in the water-rich sand layer is seriously lost and the quality of the pile is poor. How to effectively prevent the loss of cement slurry and ensure the quality of piles is the key to the construction of underground water-stop curtains in the water-rich sand layer. This paper relies on Zhangjiagang 220 kV Chenyang to Chengang line project-cable civil engineering, selects polymer + cement, geopolymer, red mud + phosphogypsum + cement as the grouting material, and carries out the field test of the high pressure jet grouting pile in the water-rich sand layer. Pile experiment, monitoring the grouting flow and grouting pressure of the test pile. When the age is 60 d, the test pile is cored and the sample is made, the permeability test and unconfined compressive strength of the sample are carried out, and the application of the grouting material is rich in water anti-seepage performance of sand layer high pressure jet grouting pile. The results show that the impermeability of the three kinds of solidified silt soil can reach the order of 10-7, and the order of the impermeability of the three kinds of solidified silt soil is: polymer + cement solidified silt soil>red mud + phosphogypsum + cement Cured silt soil>metakaolin+cement-cured silt soil, the application of grouting materials can meet the requirements of anti-seepage performance of high-pressure jet grouting piles. This study can provide a design basis for parameter optimization of high-pressure jet grouting piles in water-rich sands.
