Abstract

Dynamic resilience modulus is an important index to calculate the bearing capacity of subgrade. In order to reveal the changing law of dynamic resilience modulus of subgrade loess under the action of freeze-thaw cycles, an experimental study on dynamic resilience modulus of subgrade loess in Xining area was carried out. The results show that increasing the confining pressure and decreasing the dynamic deviatoric stress can significantly improve the dynamic elastic modulus of the sample; the dynamic elastic modulus decreases continuously with the increase of the number of freeze-thaw cycles; The decay trend of the rate changes approximately linearly; as the freezing temperature decreases, the dynamic elastic modulus of the sample first increases and then decreases. Through variance analysis, the influence of each factor on the dynamic resilience modulus from high to low is the number of freeze-thaw cycles, water content and freezing temperature. The fitting effect is better. The research results can provide a reference for the selection of the dynamic elastic modulus range of subgrade loess in seasonally frozen areas.
