Abstract

With the drilling technology advancing, oil and gas drilling is constantly developing towards deep and ultra-deep wells. In order to adapt to the challenges brought by high temperature and high pressure formations encountered in deep oil and gas exploration and development, and to meet the safety of the entire wellbore in ultra deep well, extra deep well, the size of the upper drilling hole is also increasing. Large-sized wellbore drilling not only requires anti-inclination and straightening, but also considers wellbore cleanliness. Taking the ultra-deep well SDCK1 in the Jiange latent structure of the Sichuan Basin as an example, Establish a dual stabilizer model for flow field analysis, and obtain the variation law of the impact of rock carrying efficiency on large-sized boreholes under dual stabilizers. On-site exploration of drilling parameters ensures rock carrying efficiency, and rock carrying research is carried out through methods such as displacement, drilling fluid density, and thick slurry plugging. Combined with on-site equipment matching, the cleaning and efficient rock carrying effect of the wellbore is significant. The on-site exploration drilling has ideal rock carrying effect under the displacement of 150 L/s, density of 1.27 g/cm3, and corresponding equipment matching technology, which is suitable for further promotion in large-sized wells and provides support and guidance for subsequent rock carrying and wellbore cleaning in large-sized wells.
