Abstract

Building livable, smart and resilient cities, improving refined management and service levels, and enabling people to enjoy a higher quality of life are important guidelines for urban governance. Based on the questionnaire survey data of Tianjin City physical examination in 2020, a multi-layer linear model was used to analyze the impact of spatial differences of urban built environment on residents'subjective evaluation of urban governance under the background of urban physical examination. Main conclusions: (1) the built environment inside the city has a significant impact on the evaluation of urban governance. Appropriate population density, high livability and diverse service facilities can promote the improvement of residents' satisfaction with urban governance, among which permanent population density and service facilities are important driving factors. However, high annual average PM2.5 mass concentration will reduce residents' satisfaction with urban governance.(2) The separation of employment and residence has a significant negative impact on the subjective evaluation of urban governance, and the spatial separation of employment place and residence is an urgent concern in the future process of urban governance.(3) The comparison of influencing factors of urban governance evaluation at different scales shows that accessibility of public transport and destination accessibility have a significant impact on subjective perception of urban governance, and the number and variety of spatial allocation of public service facilities significantly improve residents' recognition of urban governance.
