The major of environmental science needs to cultivate the high-quality environment professionals with innovative spirit, practical ability and international vision to meet the needs of socialist modernization and future social and technological development. On the basis of high-level experimental materials, high-configuration experimental conditions and high-quality experimental teams, with the goal of establishing an innovative teaching system of the practical and innovative abilities cultivation of students, and the principle of student-oriented and teacher-led, using advanced and diversified experimental teaching methods, combined with high-level transformation of scientific research results and process evaluation methods of experimental course results, the reform and exploration of experimental innovation teaching system of environmental chemistry experiment in Jilin University were carried out from four aspects: teaching mode, teaching content, laboratory safety education and assessment and evaluation system.
