Exploration of the joint training model for master's degree students in Environmental Engineering

Environmental engineering is in urgent need of compound, innovative and applied talents. This paper introduces the characteristics of the joint training of the master's degree of environmental engineering in College of Resource Environment and Tourism of Capital Normal University, such as revising training program, creating teaching cases, implementing double tutor system and building practice bases, and discusses the suggestions for future development. It can increase investment, strengthen organizational management, and deepen the integration of industry, academia, research and application, and promoting the long-term development of the collaborative education mechanism among schools, enterprises and institutions. Further improve the training quality, innovation and practical ability of master's degree graduates in environmental engineering, and provide high-level and composite management and engineering technical talents for the industry.
