Abstract

Micronucleus detection technology is widely used in environment monitoring and food safety inspecting all over the world and it is also a routine method for undergraduates to perform scientific research thinking training in genetics experiment teaching of university. In this study, a proposal was presented to enhance the test efficiency of micronucleus detection technology. Compared with the traditional micronucleus detection method, the new method is easier to find the difference among the experimental data and therefore identify the disadvantageous effectors on biological development. This work has a certain guiding significance for teachers and students to carry out the research of laboratory opening project and identification of genetic safety of environmental factors.
