Abstract

With the expansion of the construction and use of university laboratories, the level of laboratory safety management also needs to be improved. In this paper, from the perspective of personnel's safe behavior, the game model of university laboratory safety management is established, and the game behavior strategy selection and benefits of the participants such as laboratory personnel and management personnel are analyzed. Considering the imitation behavior caused by the profit advantage of strategy selection, according to the stability theory of dynamic system, this paper studies the influencing factors and dynamic regularity of the evolution of group behavior through the simulation of evolutionary dynamic system, and puts forward safety management suggestions.
