Non-contact electrical impedance tomography (NEIT), as a new type of test and measurement technology, has the advantages of no radiation, non-contact and fast response. The image reconstruction part of traditional electrical tomography technology is usually performed off-line imaging on the MATLAB software platform, which is not conducive to real-time monitoring in industrial sites. Aiming at the above problems, this paper will design a LabVIEW-based electrical impedance tomography system, which can realize online data acquisition and real-time imaging. Through the impedance measurement system, the real part, imaginary part and phase component of impedance information are extracted. Combined with the image reconstruction algorithm compiled by LabVIEW, these three kinds of component information are imaged respectively. To improve the reconstruction accuracy, the image fusion algorithm based on principal component analysis is adopted to fuse image of real, imaginary, and phase imaging results. By the verification of the built two-phase flow test platform, the system can be effectively used for two-phase flow tomography under different media distributions.
