Abstract

Objective

As the economic center of China and an international garden city, Shenzhen's economic development and urban landscape design practices are references to other regions. The evaluation system constructed in this paper can be used as a basis to point out the direction for the landscape improvement of Shenzhen's Talent Park, thus forming a comparative reference for the landscape construction work of parks from other cities and complementing the quantitative evaluation work of urban parks and landscapes.

Method

Using the post-evaluation (POE) method, with the satisfaction of the landscape construction of Shenzhen Talent Park as the research objective, the landscape evaluation index system of Shenzhen Talent Park was established, a total of 35 indicators in 5 aspects were selected for the collection of questionnaire data, and the judgment matrix of each layer of indicators was constructed based on the AHP method to obtain the weights of each indicator. Finally, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was applied to form the landscape satisfaction evaluation results of Shenzhen Talent Park.

Result

This paper established the index weights of each level according to the AHP method, and the top-ranking indexes were mainly concentrated on landscape comfort, social participation and convenience. The top 5 indexes were C21 structure shading, C22 vegetation shading, C34 activity venue setting, C31 all-age activity development, C17 health and other service settings. In terms of visitor satisfaction scores, the average satisfaction score of the 35 indicators of landscape evaluation of Shenzhen Talent Park was 3.435, with the better indicators concentrated on the ornamental nature of the landscape and the worse indicators concentrated on the spatial comfort of the place and the participation of activities. Through the fuzzy evaluation results, the overall rating of the landscape evaluation of Shenzhen Talent Park was 3.393, which was rated as the third level.

Conclusion

Based on the quantitative research results, this paper has shown that the overall effect of the landscape construction of Shenzhen Talent Park is good and has a high recognition, which landscape comfort still needs to be further improved. Increasing the shading of places, adding specific activity venues, meeting the visiting needs of all-age visitors, and enhancing the interactivity of the landscape are the focus of the landscape construction of Shenzhen Talent Park in the future.
