For immersion combustion equipment, as a new type of heating facility that directly contacts the liquid surface for heat transfer, structural optimization is particularly important. This article presents optimization of the structure of immersion device to improve the stabilizing effect and evaporation efficiency. Firstly, the pressure fluctuation characteristics of four submerged tube structures, namely straight tube, porous plate, circular baffle ring, and porous plate with circular baffle ring, were studied through cold state experiments under certain operating conditions. Secondly, the four types of immersion tube structures were studied for temperature rise through hot state experiments under operating conditions, with immersion depth of 150 mm, flow rate of 6 m3·h−1 and pore size of 10 mm. It is indicated that the porous plate structure with a circular baffle ring is the most promising structure to improve the voltage stabilization effect and evaporation efficiency.
