The cause of development heat of sauce-flavor Baijiu (Chinese liquor) in China, styles characteristics of genre in different producing areas, enterprises distribution in production areas, production capacity and market situation of sauce-flavor Baijiu in China were summarized. Some suggestions on the future development trend of sauce-flavor Baijiu were put forward, in order to provide reference for the healthy, orderly and high-quality development of sauce-flavor Baijiu industry.
