AB  - Unilateral spatial neglect is a frequent post‐stroke complication associated with long‐term disability and reduced quality of life. We report a case of post‐stroke unilateral spatial neglect, illustrating a dual‐dimensional assessment that integrates standardized laboratory tests with ecological evaluations in daily contexts to guide individualized rehabilitation. The primary aim is to promote patient autonomy and reintegration into family and society. This case underscores the clinical value of combining structured and real‐world assessments to optimize rehabilitation strategies. Future applications of intelligent technologies (e.g., ecological momentary assessment, virtual reality‐based training) may enable real‐time recovery monitoring while reducing healthcare burdens and improving patient safety.
