abstract = {In response to the dilemma of the disappearance of spatial features and cultural rupture in traditional villages in Aomu River, recognition and extraction research is carried out based on spatial gene theory. On the basis of the construction of spatial gene recognition technology system, combined with qualitative and quantitative research methods, starting from macro, meso, and micro scales, the overall pattern spatial genes of mountains, rivers, villages, fields, and cultural landscapes are combined and condensed. The spatial genes of the village itself, which are shaped like Tai Chi, relaxed and diverse, and have multiple combinations. The spatial genes of courtyard buildings with axial symmetry, centripetal enclosure, and north-south compatibility. Finally, with the goal of protecting and inheriting spatial genes, it is proposed to maintain the natural background and reshape the landscape pattern.
