abstract = {As science and technology advance rapidly, college physics education faces unprecedented challenges. The traditional teaching model, which mainly focuses on theoretical knowledge imparting, can no longer meet society’s urgent need for versatile talents with multiple skills. Therefore, this study puts forward a non-standardized college physics assessment mode based on the “integration of theory and practice” concept. It aims to build a scientific and reasonable assessment system to evaluate students’ theoretical knowledge and practical abilities comprehensively. Research indicates that this non-standardized assessment mode can not only enhance students’ practical and innovative abilities but also greatly boost their interest and motivation in learning. In this study, assessment criteria covering theoretical knowledge, practical skills, and innovative abilities are designed. Diversified assessment content and forms are used to evaluate students’ overall qualities. Empirical results show that this assessment mode has significantly improved students’ learning outcomes and promoted their all-around development, laying a solid foundation for their future academic and career paths.}
