abstract = {A qualitative discrimination and quantitative analysis method for simultaneously analyzing the residues of ten carbamate pesticides (bendiocarb, carbofuran, pirimicarb, carbaryl, isoprocarb, fenobucarb, methomyl, carbendazim, aldicarb, and metolcarb) in Baijiu was established by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS). The contents distribution patterns of the ten carbamate pesticides in different flavor types of Baijiu were explored. The results showed that the linear relationship of 10 carbamate pesticides was good within the range of 0.50- 57.00 ng/ml (R2≥0.9991), with a detection limit of 0.010-0.370 ng/ml and a quantitative limit of 0.030-1.220 ng/ml, and an average spiked recovery rate of 80.42%-115.50%. The relative standard deviation (RSD) of the precision test results was all less than 6.65%. No carbamate pesticide residues were detected in different flavor types of Baijiu. This method was highly accurate and sensitive, capable of effectively determining 10 kinds of carbamate pesticides in Baijiu. It could be used for the daily analysis and detection of Baijiu in Baijiu enterprises.}
