abstract = {The feruloyl oligosaccharides (FOs) was produced by solid-state fermentation of corn bran using a mixture of Aspergillus oryzae, Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Lactiplantibacillus plantarum. The fermentation conditions were optimized by single factor experiments and orthogonal experiment using the feruloyl oligosaccharides yield as evaluation indicators. The results showed that the optimal fermentation process were obtained as follows: mass ratio of corn bran and dry soybean residue 4:1, solid-liquid ratio 2:3 (g:ml), inoculum of mixed-strains (1:1:1) 10%, fermentation temperature 32 ℃ and time 96 h. Under the optimal conditions, the FOs yield was 5.077 μmol/g, which was 131.83% higher than that of before the optimization. The mixed-strains fermentation process significantly increased feruloyl oligosaccharides yield, providing a new idea for expanding feruloyl oligosaccharides yield path.}
