AB  - With the acceleration of urbanization process, severe urban traffic problems make urban logistics distribution more difficult. Increasing the risk of delayed distribution, decreasing the accessibility of distribution and increasing the cost of distribution have a great negative impact on the level of urban logistics distribution service. As a green and environment-friendly urban transportation system, subway has the advantages of high coverage of rail network, fast operation speed and stable operation time. From the perspective of containerization equipment, this paper proposes a new mode of urban metro containerized freight. Using the idle time of metro transportation to carry out urban logistics transportation activities can not only solve the current restriction of urban road congestion on urban logistics, but also reduce the cost loss caused by no-load of metro and increase the revenue of metro operation, to achieve a win-win situation between logistics and metro operation.
