abstract = {In order to study the effect of basalt fiber content on the impact splitting performance of cement soil, the Hopkinson pressure bar (SHPB) test of cement soil under different impact pressure was carried out. The test results show that with the increase of basalt content, the degree of fragmentation of the cement soil specimen becomes smaller and the degree of anastomosis becomes better, but the excessive basalt fiber has a negative effect. The impact splitting strength and absorption energy of the specimens both increased first and then decreased. When the basalt fiber content was 1.5%, the impact splitting strength and absorption energy reached the maximum value. When the content of basalt fiber is the same, the breaking degree and impact splitting strength of cement soil increase with the increase of impact air pressure. The dynamic increase factor of splitting strength increases with the increase of impact air pressure, and the increased amplitude decreases with the increase of basalt fiber content. The impact splitting strength of cement soil is closely related to and affected jointly by the impact pressure and the content of basalt fiber.}
