abstract = {In order to find the way to unify competency-oriented education and exam-oriented education, we propose this ETA physics problem solving strategy originated from ETA physical cognition model. This method not only achieves the unity ofteaching, learning, testing, and research, but also overcomes the various drawbacks of “exam-oriented education”, helping students achieve better test scores.}
