abstract = {With the advantages of rapidity, simplicity and low cost, immunoassay technology plays an important role in monitoring pesticide residues. Nanomaterial-based fluorescent immunosensors have attracted the attention of researchers due to high sensitivity and specificity in recent years. In this paper, the recent progress in research on fluorescen immunosensors is reviewed. We summarize the principles, characteristics and application status of enzyme-based fluorescent immunoprobes, nanomaterial-based fluorescent immunoprobes, nanozyme-based immunoprobes and nano-scaffold type immunoprobes. We also discuss future prospects for the application of fluorescent immunosensors in pesticide detection. It is expected that this review will provide a reference for the development and application of fluorescent nanoprobes in the detection of pesticide residues in foods.}
