abstract = {Technological Innovation is an important driving force for high-quality economic development. At present, our country's technological innovation has shifted from technology introduction to independent innovation, but there is innovation polarization within the production sector. Based on Marx's theory of expanded reproduction, a social reproduction model of innovation polarization is constructed. According to the technology-intensive degree, the technology composition of different parts is categorized. So we can analyze the changing trend of technology composition of different parts under the condition of innovation polarization. The SVAR method is applied to test the model, revealing that the polarization of innovation leads to biased innovation. In order to avoid the polarization of innovation, we should enhance the capability for technology diffusion of high-tech manufacturing industry, raise the wage level of middle-tech and low-tech workers, and remove the barriers to labor mobility between sectors, to achieve high-quality economic development.}
