Compared with the model group, the Lee’s index, body fat percentage, liver mass, fasting blood glucose level, area under the curve (AUC) of blood glucose, total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) were reduced in the vinegar-treated group, and the levels of serum high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) were increased.ConclusionG. elata vinegar can mitigate glucose and lipid metabolism disorders in obese mice.
