abstract = {Al2O3-SiC nanocomposites have been widely used in ceramic knives, coatings, ballistic armor and refractory materials and Al2O3-SiC composite powders can be synthesized using different techniques. In order to further analyze the Al2O3-SiC composites, this paper focuses on the preparation method of Al2O3-SiC, the factors affecting the properties of Al2O3-SiC composites and the applications of Al2O3-SiC composites, so as to provide an important reference value for the progress of the research on Al2O3-SiC composite ceramic materials.}
