Colaizzi analysis was used for this qualitative research, and Delphi expert consultation was employed to establish a career management index system for army mental health personnel.ResultsThe effective recovery rate of the questionnaires for the 2 rounds of expert consultation was 100%, with a recommendation ratio of 70% and 35% respectively, and the authority coefficient of the expert consultation was 0.86. The values of Kendall's concordance coefficients for each level ranged in 0.186 to 0.240 and 0.132 to 0.162, respectively（all P<0.01）, and the coefficient of variation of each indicator was <20%. Finally, a career management index system for military mental health personnel was constructed, specifically including 4 first-level indicators（organizational mechanism, management content, implementation path and effect evaluation）, 13 second-level indicators and 36 third-level indicators.ConclusionOur constructed career management index system for army mental health personnel has high authority and scientificity.}
