abstract = {The safety management of university laboratories cannot be separated from the supervision of government departments. The government should have a full understanding of the level of self-regulation ability of universities and the supervision of internal business departments of the government. The joint supervision of the government and universities is an important measure to improve the safety management ability of university laboratories.
